I have been using the “My Body My Bubble” affirmation cards in my therapeutic practice - Haven Therapy Co - over the past year.
My clients love working with the cards and identifying which ones resonate with them and use them in all sorts of fun activities to transfer the affirmation into practice through role play, creative play, drawing, scripts and more!
They take away the pressure of younger clients needing to find the verbal words to express themselves which is a huge barrier working in the neurodivergent space.

I just wanted to express how much I am enjoying your affirmation cards. I purchased them online last year when my daughter was around 14 months old, thinking they might be too advanced for her. But I'm so glad we started conversations about consent when we did.
